PRESENTATION:
Invited speakers will have 40 minutes for their lecture. This should include some time left for discussion, so our suggestion would be 35 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion.
Participants whose contributions are selected for oral presentation will have 20 minutes for their talk. This as well should include discussion, our suggestion: 15 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion.
Finally, short poster presentation could be 10 minutes long. In this case it is not necessary to leave some time for discussion.
All oral presentations should be prepared as Powerpoint or pdf file, and brought to the meeting on a CD or USB memory stick.
Available space for posters is 1m x 1m square. It could be slightly extended in length, but not in width. Poster session is scheduled for September 1 at 14:30, when all authors will be kindly asked to stay in the proximity of their posters.
PUBLISHING:
There are two publishing arrangements, one with Euphytica, and another with ACS journal. All oral presentations (except short poster presentations) could be published in Euphytica, while all posters could be published in ACS.
