Excursion to Kumrovec

On Thursday, August 31, the afternoon part of the programme is reserved for the excursion to Kumrovec, the birthplace of Josip Broz Tito. Besides his house, major attraction of this village is Ethnological Museum with preserved original houses from late 19th – early 20th century.

Post-conference tour

There are two options for the Saturday, September 2, full day excursion. Planned time of departure from Zagreb is 9:00, planned time of return for both options 18:00.

Plitvice Lakes

famous national park, part of the World Heritage, as declared by UNESCO.
Excursion schedule includes bus transport to the Lakes, guided tour around Lakes, some free time, and bus transport back to the hotel. Price for this excursion is € 60, and it covers the costs of bus tour, entrance ticket, and guide. Meals are not included.

Rafting on river Mrežnica

Excursion schedule includes bus transport to the rafting site, equipping and introduction to the skippers and tour. We will spend next two hours on rafting tour itself, and after arrival at destination point have a lunch at the restaurant “Zeleni vir”. After the lunch bus will take us back to the hotel.
Price for this excursion is € 60, and it covers the cost of bus tour, equipment rentals, skippers, and lunch. Drinks are not included.
